Computer Application, just like the name of the journal, places special emphasis on newest computer application technologies, publishes the papers of high academic level, rich technological content and strong practical value.
There are many applied mathematics papers in the journal on computer mathematics, information security, data mining, graphics and image processing, artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, etc.
Computer Applications is a famous scientific and technical journal in China. It won the Nomination Award of National Periodical Award twice in 2000 and 2003, the Special Award of Periodicals of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2001, and the First Award of National Technological Periodicals in 1997.
The journal attracted not only many papers from inside China, but also more and more international papers. All submitted papers have to be reviewed by three or more computer scientists and researchers.
Although the papers are in Chinese, the copyright page and content page, the abstracts, keywords, authors and their addresses are provided in English, too. The format follows the international conventions.
The journal is Chinese core journal and in Journal Phalanx. It has been collected by Information Service for the Physics, Electro-technology, Computer and Control (INSPEC) of Britain, Abstract Journal (AJ) of Russia, Cambridge Scientific Abstracts (CSA) of USA, Index Copernicus of Poland, JST of Japan, Zentralblatt MATH of Germany and many databases of China.
